IBOX Packaging is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven, thorough and organized Shipping Manager to support our growing business! The ideal candidate oversees the inventory and logistics operations of our locally-owned manufacturing business specializing in retail and industrial packaging. 

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Shipping Manager oversees the logistics and operations of our manufacturing facility located in beautiful Delta, BC. You will be responsible for inventory control, receiving shipments, and order picking. As a leader, you will coach and develop your team of approximately 10 people, to achieve a high level of performance in terms of safety, efficiency, and order fulfillment and accuracy. To support the experience and knowledge you bring to the role, you will receive excellent training from the incumbent to set you up for success in this position.
